Dr. Richie Edeen grew up in the hospitality industry, as a 4th generation of his family to grow up in what is now Vail, Colorado. Here, he worked as an Athletic Trainer for the University of Texas Longhorns, during the 2005 and 2006 Rose Bowl seasons. He attended medical school and followed with Orthopaedic Residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Edeen then completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center alongside Frank R. Noyes, MD of the renowned Noyes Knee Institute. Dr. Edeen has spent over 20 years on the sidelines of various sports caring for athletes and is proud to bring his expertise to the Hill Country.

Dr. Edeen and his family relocated to the Hill Country in early 2020 to be closer to extended family as his wife, Karis, is from Llano.
