    Dr. Chuck Romanick is one of the leading board-certified orthopedic surgeons in the Texas Hill Country.  With over 20 years of experience, he is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to patients in the areas of joint replacement, shoulder injuries, sports medicine and hand surgery. His special interest lies in joint replacements, including total knee replacements and anterior total hip replacements. Dr. Romanick is one of the few specially-trained surgeons in the area who uses the anterior total hip replacement approach, a minimally invasive technique with no need for muscle cutting.

 

    Dr. Romanick is also one of the few orthopedic surgeons in the Texas Hill Country performing total shoulder replacements and reverse total shoulder replacements. He specializes in all aspects of shoulder treatment including arthroscopic surgery, rotator cuff surgery, labral tear surgery, as well as conservative shoulder treatment.
